Welcome to legolas, a web based tool for studying topic based profiles of scientific authors, as well quantifying expertise contribution by various authors on an article. Our measures are based on data collected from MEDLINE and Author-ity. We use MeSH terms used to index an article as an indicator for the topics present in that article.
To view the expertise contributions by various authors on an article, enter a the PubMed id of a MEDLINE article. Currently, we have results for articles published before 2009 and which are tagged by at least one MeSH term.
To view the temporal topic profile of an author, enter the Author-ity ID of an author.
